We headed out to Perry's Pond this morning before sunrise, to get a little fishing in before it got so hot outside. This is a beautiful place, just north of Zebulon on Pearce's Road. We fished until about 10am, and headed back in. We caught a few bass...all on 5" Yum Dingers rigged weightless and weedless. They weren't having any top water at all. We're gonna go back and try the place before sunset to see if the bite is better in the eve than in the morning. Here's a few pics...
