We got a little more work done on the houseboat, today. All of the trim was cut, fitted, and installed on the roof overhangs. The front door was something I've never done, and was a learning experience. I gut the door jam kit to fit the door, and started framing front of the house to accommodate it. I had to install an additional header over the door, and vertical supports to compensate for the loss of structure in the area of the door frame. In the end, it was nice and solid. Hopefully, I'll get the jam and door installed tomorrow! Here's a few pics...
