Hidden Pond, 8-23-18

Brandon and I headed over to a private spot we call the Hidden Pond after lunch today. The bite was great, and Brandon smashed a nice fatty Large mouth Bass in the upper corner. Here's a few pics...

Wiggins Mill, 8-18-18

Debbie and I hooked up the Jon Boat, loaded our gear, and headed to Wiggins Mill Reservoir in Wilson today for a while. The weather was nice and we had a great time. Here's a few pics from the trip...

Cow Pasture, 8-16-18

Brandon and I went over to a private place we call the Cow Pasture after lunch, today. Bite was decent, and I caught these guys before we headed back to work. 

Dale's Place, 8-13-18

I popped over to a private spot we call Dale's Place a few minutes today, to play with a Ned Rig. I tinkered around, got hung on some snags, and caught this youngster. Was fun, nonetheless!

Tippett's Mill, 8-11-18

Debbie and I loaded up the Jon Boat and took off to Tippett's Mill nice and early, this morning. We fished until the cover burned off, made it waayyy up in the head of the pond, and had some fun. here's a few pics...

Ant Farm, 7-28-18

Debbie and I loaded the Jon boat and gear, and headed off to a private place we call the Ant Farm, today. The ants almost killed us before we could get the boat in, but we made it. We expected the truck the completely eaten by ants when we returned :-) We fished until a thunder storm rolled in. We loaded the boat in record time and got outta there! Here's a few pics...

Wiggins Mill, 7-21-18

Debbie and I loaded the Jon Boat, packed our gear, and headed over to Wiggins Mill reservoir in Wilson this morning. Wow, what a great day of fishing this was. The weather started off with a little drizzle, but stopped. It remained overcast until about 1pm, which made for a great morning of fishing. I caught a 4lb 7oz Large Mouth Bass, and Debbie caught a 4lb 3oz Catfish on her carbon fiber B&M Crappie pole! Here's a few pics...
