Kerr lake, 8-26-17

We did a little fishing at the lake, while visiting with Mom & Dad. Deb seem to be on to the catfish at the dock :-) The lake was down a little, but Kerr lake is all over the map on lake levels, so that's no big surprise. Here's a few pics...

Kerr Lake, 8-6-17

We headed back up to Mom & Dad's place at Kerr Lake on 8/5, to spend the weekend handing out and fishing with my parents and our friends Joyce & Bryan. The dogs loved it, too :-) We used the pontoon boat like it was a bass boat, that thing will get in some pretty skinny water, despite it's size! We did a good bit of night fishing from the dock, and Bryan caught a Blue Catfish weighing 9lb 6oz in the pics below. Here's a few pictures from the weekend...

Fishing at Kerr Lake, 7-30-17

Back at the lake, fishing and playing in the water. No big catches, but lots of fun. Running dad's Pontoon Boat...this has been a good boat. We use this in skinny water, like it's a bass boat :-)  Here's a few pics...
